Company Bios


Our staff consists of 9 full-time members dedicated to meeting the ever-changing needs and demands of our customer base. MADISON associates are committed to customer service and their most important job is to resolve any issues, requests, or problems in order to satisfy our clients.



Vicki Hutchins – CEO

Vicki has a background in law and worked as a paralegal until the year 2000 when she and Brian started MADISON Aerospace, Inc. Vicki was instrumental in building the foundation of our company. She did everything from finding a warehouse, hiring employees, acquiring insurance and beyond. She now oversees our finances and taxes. The name MADISON is in honor of Vicki and Brian’s daughter.



Brian Hutchins – President

Brian has a 20+ year history in the aerospace industry. Over those years Brian worked for various companies and saw many of them get bought out. However he never got over how each change of ownership strayed further away from his core business value and that is servicing the customer. In fact due to this conviction Brian has kept numerous accounts he had opened himself from past employers, who followed him to MADISON. Brian is very knowledgeable in the selling and buying realms. His passion to procure the hard-to-find parts and finding the best cost-per-part is what separates us from other distributors.




Scott Mueller – Vice President

Scott joined MADISON in March of 2006. He bought a minority ownership and brings an extensive selling and managerial skill set from outside the industry. He has a history of building strong Sales & Marketing departments and has greatly enjoyed his early time in the aerospace industry.




Janet Mazac – General Manager

Janet has been with MADISON since 2002. She is a 32-year veteran of this industry. She is a top notch sales associate and has an excellent relationship with our top accounts. As GM she knows every aspect of our business and gladly delves into any department to help out where needed. She also is the point person for our governmental sales.





Shannette Overstreet – Finance/Accounting/Administration

Shannette joined our team in 2001 and she is the manager for our Accounting and Finance Departments. Her organizational skills are superb and she is dedicated to our customer base for all of these departmental responsibilities. She has developed strong, synergistic relationships with all of our clients’ accounting personnel.





Shelby Stevens – Senior Sales Associate

Shelby joined us in June of 2003. He is a dedicated family man and has been in the industry for 25 years. He has an extensive knowledge of the industry, as well as many contacts. Shelby has brought many new customers to us and has done an excellent job in cultivating them into some of our top accounts.





Andy Colgin – Quality Manager

Andy has 5 years experience in the industry and is our Quality Manager and Sales Liaison. Once products are received in, he makes sure they meet specifications and are entered into our Inventory Management System. He is available for customer QC consultations. Additionally, Andy handles a majority of our IT issues.





Rick Hall – Warehouse Supervisor

Rick joined the team in January of 2006. He is responsible for receiving in parts, inventory/stocking, shipping parts and all warehousing needs. Rick is very precise and dedicated to turning around parts that are not inventoried and keeping our valued customers in stock at all costs.
